Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

What is your exchange / return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Sacred Stitches purchase. Please consult the size info chart for specific measurements. That said if you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please keep in mind that each customs office processes packages at vastly different rates, which can significantly affect the time it takes for your order to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
Although we are happy to ship worldwide, some parcel services in other countries can be highly unreliable. So, any international shipment is entirely "buy at your own risk" unless the postage upgrade has been purchased.

My order hasn't arrived?
UK orders are shipped through Royal Mail or My Hermes. To keep postage costs low the shipping price listed does NOT include insurance, delivery confirmation or tracking. Therefore any lost or damaged packages will require postage to be paid again by the buyer for the order to be resent unless the upgraded postage option has been purchased.
